The renowned philanthropic platform Boss Babes of South is passionately proudly South African and has launched a platform called BBSA media, to support employment of youth and small female founded Businesses.

Founder, Ms Kovini Moodley says that ” we all need to be part of supporting the unemployment crisis in South Africa and this is our little contribution “

The platform upskills young individuals from underprivileged backgrounds who are passionate about digital marketing and content creation through various masterclasses and mentorship with industry experts.

Once they are unskilled they are able to earn an income and support their families.

The BBSA Media and Boss Babes of South Africa platform is fully run by young skilled professionals in the digital marketing space.

The ability to hire and continually upskill talent has a domino effect on little communities and we look forward to partner with female founded brands who are looking to grow their brand awareness through the various digital marketing tools that are offered specifically to small female founded Businesses.

Founder, Ms Kovini Moodley, a Philanthropist noted that the proceeds are invested into upskil and hiring opportunities creating a sustainable model to assist the crisis of youth unemployment that is rife in South African.

She also notes that patience is required during organic growth and can take up to 6 months of consistent efforts to see traction.and ultimately revenue generation. It’s not an overnight magic wand she reiterates and therefore important that female founders understand the journey of organic growth is based on consistency, resilience and collaboration.
